Bus Reservations (National and Elite Teams)

Click Below for information on reserving bus seats for Qualifiers and Louisville. After purchasing seats online, a bus reservation will be held for you. You can also reserve additional seats for additional family members that will be traveling with you.

Hotel Reservation Information

Important: It is each family's responsibility to make their hotel reservations for each tournament. AVC has negotiated special rates with selected hotels close to the tournament location and has reserved room blocks for parents to book their room under. It is strongly encouraged that parents make thier hotel reservations as soon as possible so that room blocks do not expire and you are left without a room.
