Speed and Strength training is subsidized for national and elite teams. Training sessions are conducted around their regular scheduled practices. Training is available to be scheduled at the athlete's convenience. Athletes complete a program designed for the volleyball athlete and focus on increasing vertical leap, court agility, and teamwork.
American and Regional teams can sign up for similar training as the National and Elite teams at an additional cost. AVC members get a discount off the regular price from CSI to participate in the speed strength programs.
