FUNDRAISER - NOW THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2012


Cookie Dough Fundraiser Information:

This fundraiser is one program that we are utilizing to help your family reduce the cost of participation. We as a club do not profit at all from this fundraiser, electing instead for your athlete to be credited as much as possible for each unit they sell!!!!

Incentives:

For every unit sold, the athlete will be credited $7.00 off of their dues!!!

Example: 20 units sold X $7.00 = $140.00 off your dues!!!

Important Information:

Make Sure To Put Your Name and Team Name On Your Order Form! This will ensure that your athlete receives the correct credit for the units that they have sold.

Turn In Date = January 31st

Turn In Orders at AVC Facility to Terri Angelotta

Make Sure To Collect Money When You Sell An Order!!!

Cookie Dough will be delivered approximately 2 weeks from the time of the order form turn in date.

Cookie Dough will be delivered to the AVC facility and parents can pick up their athlete’s order at that time.  This date will be given after all order forms are collected.
