AVC Busses to Select Tournaments and Qualifiers

AVC BUS INFORMATION


In an effort to keep costs down and ease the travel burden AVC has scheduled Motor Coach service to all Scheduled Qualifiers. All of our National and Elite teams are scheduled to travel to at least two of these events.

Last year AVC booked 3 busses to Louisville and the trip was very well received among coaches, players, and their families.

Here are the some details that may be helpful:

  • Motor Coach travel is economical when factoring in parking, tolls, gas, and wear and tear on your car and yourself
  • Motor Coach travel is relaxing after 2-3 days on the road
  • Each trip has a limited number of seats...reserve early
  • We will cancel at least 35 days out if there are not a sufficient amount of seats sold. This allows time to make alternate plans. Your money will be fully refunded.
  • Your seat is reserved when we receive your payment
  • Trips leave and return to Lakefront Lines in Brook Park. Your car can be safely parked in their gated, guarded parking lot.
  • Motor Coaches also provide ground transportation at the events as needed.
  • Please sign up early so that we can accurately plan the trips.

Making Reservations

To reserve a seat on the bus please take the following steps:

How to Reserve a seat: Tickets are limited so it is FIRST PAY, FIRST SERVE.

  1. Go to www.AVCShop.com
  2. Click on "Bus Tickets"
  3. Select the Trip you wish to purchase seats for. (Be aware the two separate weekends for Baltimore)
  4. Select the quantity of seats and purchase your tickets on-line. (5% surcharge on credit card and PayPal purchase). Be aware that if you pay by check, your seat is not reserved until we receive payment.
  5. Repeat the steps for other trips you wish to purchase bus tickets for.

Baltimore Bus Information 

Below is a list of all the pertinent details that you will need to be aware of for the upcoming bus trip to Baltimore MD, for the North-East Qualifier (NEQ). We are running 1 bus to this tournament. The bus will leave at 11:00am on Friday 4/15.

DEPARTURE

You should plan on arriving to Lakefront lines at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The address is:

  • 13315 Brookpark Rd
  • Brook Park, OH 44142

It is located across the street from Malley's Chocolates. Upon arriving pull in through the open gate, and drop off passengers and luggage near the waiting area on the left that can be identified by the darkglass around it. Then proceed to the back of the lot, make a left and park behind the building. Parking is secure and gated. Put your keys somewhere so that you can find them late Sunday evening when you arrive back at the station.

The bus is not scheduled to stop for a meal on the way there, so bring your lunch and any snacks, etc that you may want to take along. There is a bathroom on board. Have the girls bring a small pillow and blanket if they want. The bus will make a rest area stop for stretching, bathroom etc.

Do not be late! The bus will leave at the scheduled departure time. If for any reason something comes up and you cannot make the bus please call Paul Schiffer at 330-414-1426.
